Robert has over 12 years spent in real estate investment with specialised experience in originating, underwriting and executing investments on behalf of some of the world’s largest institutional investors. His depth of knowledge extends across a wide spectrum of major real estate asset classes throughout the Asia Pacific region, with notable proficiency in accommodation, build-to-rent, student accommodation and leisure assets.

Jack Montgomery, Founding Director
With over 12 years in the Australian real estate sector, Jack brings a wealth of expertise in funds management, development and operations. Before founding Belingbak Capital Partners, Jack held key roles at various ASX organisations including Perpetual, GPT and Mirvac. His extensive experience encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, from deal origination and distribution to development and investment management. Jack’s track record underscores his proficiency in navigating complex landscapes with finesse and strategic acumen.

Matthew Rawlinson, Founding Director
Matthew has extensive knowledge across all aspects of property development and investment. Matthew’s comprehensive knowledge of the overall development process includes site selection and acquisition, capital and structuring, planning approvals, design and delivery, sales, marketing and leasing. Before establishing Belingbak Matthew held key roles at Mirvac across several projects, most notably, Australian Technology Park and Waterloo Over Station Development.
