The hotel comprises 54 rooms, a wellness facility, gym, restaurant, bar, gallery, and conference space.

In partnership with EVT, Belingbak is undertaking a transformative endeavour: the repositioning of an existing commercial office building into a Lylo hotel, consisting of private and shared rooms. The proposed redevelopment will repurpose the existing improvements as well as construct a new 4-storey building on the existing car park at the rear of the property. With accommodation for 247 beds across 80 rooms, this innovative concept caters to a wide range of customers, from budget travellers to corporates.

Located 420km south of Perth, within the Great Southern region of Western Australia, the town of Denmark is recognised as one of Australia’s top destinations for its exceptional natural beauty, rich history, and unique tourism experiences. The acquisition of the Denmark Hotel involves reviving a local icon. The redevelopment includes refurbishing the 24-room motel, 16-room hotel, pub, and bottle shop. Once completed, The Denmark Hotel will create an atmosphere of communal gathering, relaxation, and enjoyment.

Mixed Use
Spanning 1,300 square metres across eight individual allotments, Belingbak successfully obtained approval for a mixed-use hotel, residential, and retail development, with a Gross Floor Area of 18,500 square metres. Following Stage 1 determination by the City of Sydney, an international design competition was held, resulting in the selection of the esteemed Kerry Hill Architects. Belingbak subsequently sold the DA-approved site to Well Smart Holdings in September 2023.
