In partnership with ASX: EVT, Belingbak is undertaking a transformative endeavour: the repositioning of an existing commercial office building into a Lylo hotel, consisting of private and shared rooms. The proposed redevelopment will repurpose the existing improvements as well as construct a new 4-storey building on the existing car park at the rear of the property. With accommodation for 247 beds across 80 rooms, this innovative concept caters to a wide range of customers, from budget travellers to corporates.

Spanning 1,300 square metres across eight individual allotments, Belingbak successfully obtained approval for a mixed-use hotel, residential, and retail development, with a Gross Floor Area of 18,500 square metres. Following Stage 1 determination by the City of Sydney, an international design competition was held, resulting in the selection of the esteemed Kerry Hill Architects. Belingbak subsequently sold the DA-approved site to Well Smart Holdings in September 2023.
