Our commitment to Lead by Example

Belingbak is committed to increasing our understanding and recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories, knowledge, and rights within our organisation. Wherever possible, we will work with the local Traditional Owners of the lands within our operating areas to become better custodians ourselves. 

As a new business, our workplace culture is a blank canvas. We will develop this culture through embedding reconciliation initiatives and empowering our employees to drive positive and long lasting outcomes.
